We've yet to learn to count our blessings. We're all worrying too much that we never treasure what's around us nor appreciate it. We must learn to live well. Learn to turn sadness into strength. Don't worry, be happy. Live will be much better this way.

15's national trg is starting this sunday, I hope everything will fall in place. I really wish to train hard, do well, got selected and do you proud. My passion, I'm willing to do everything for it. Hitting gym everyday, suffering from threadmill-phobic, looking at ego guys, freaky guy stalking, loneliness, but I'm inspired by our 2yrs plan still. Nothing can replace that inspiration.

Frustration is getting much into my way as days passed.Time passed very quickly lately for me.But fatigue and disappointment just ruin my day.After almost every training I seem to be v moody.I seem so useless and lousy!I guess partly because we're just 1 week away from NTL and 3 weeks away from Blacks midnite 7's.NTL has made the cut and I'm in the first team,that's why I'm very stressed about improving myself.We even have test for touch.As for midnite 7's,there will be only 24 that can make the cut and I'm very worried.I don't know why but I simply can't perform under stress and I know I'm just fucking giving excuses!! I hate myself on the field or track nowadays! My knee is giving way at times too! 7 days a week and I've 2 days to rest for recovery only.Tues(fitness)Wedn(gym)Thurs(Touch track)Sat(Touch field)Sun(Contact field).This is how much recovery time I'm left with now.My body,my mind is going thru' this much pain.We wish to be up there.The competitiveness is a killer.I hate stress!
